I enjoyed taking part in the ARF (Animal Rescue Fund) 2-mile charity dog walk to the beach in Easthampton. Around 300 dogs attend the fundraiser. I went with my Brutus - a 17-month old boxer. It was so nice and very funny too - it included owner/pet lookalike, musical dogs and pooch smooch contests. ARF relies on public donations and the event raised over $25,000!
Since founded, ARF have placed over 18,000 cats and dogs into loving homes. It's a beautiful thing to love and care for animals.
